Over the course of the presidential election, I will be pointing out key advisors to the Obama campaign and how some of these advisors pose grave threats to the well-being of the United States, its allies and its citizens.
Today I will be focusing on one of Mr. Obama’s foreign policy advisors Richard Danzig.
Richard Danzig, former Navy secretary under President Clinton, and current Foreign Policy advisor to Barack Obama, claimed that America should have more of a “Winnie the Pooh” foreign policy. Danzig said, “Winnie the Pooh seems to me to be a fundamental text on national security.” Continuing in his address to the Center for New American Security, Danzig also claimed that there is much to be learned about terrorism from Luke Skywalker and the science fiction movie series “Star Wars.”
Every day Obama just can’t cease to amaze me with whom he chooses to select his foreign policy. One day it’s a guy that blames New York Jews for the problems in the Middle East, and the next day it’s a guy who’s referencing “Winnie the Pooh” and “Star Wars” as if they were legitimate resources.
Danzig is expected to meet today with Obama’s 13 member Senior Working Group on National Security. I’ll tell you one thing, I would love to be at that meeting. However, I do think this is Obama’s idea of how he can reach out to all of those Jedi lovers. I’m not sure what the statistics are, but in Great Britain over 300,000 people wrote Jedi as their religion on the last census. Since they have around a sixth of our population, I think it is safe to say that there are well over a million Americans who practice the Jedi Religion, thus making their vote an extremely important one.
The thing that scares me is, What if Winnie the Pooh becomes our next Secretary of State?
I can see the headline now: Cartoon Figure “Pooh” Named to Highest Cabinet Seat!
Now I’m convinced that Obama has lost his bearings.
Hey! Trying to find a business address to invite Mr. Danzig to speak – does anyone know of one?
Thanks
