In another example of the sexist low road the Democrats plan to travel to the White House, Howard Gutman, a member of Barack Obama’s Finance Committee, went on Laura Ingraham’s radio show and launched this missle against Sarah Palin and the hard working mothers of America:
“Your responsibility is to put your family first,” Gutman lectured as he singled out Palin’s Down Syndrome baby and pregnant teenage daughter. “The proper attack is not that a woman shouldn’t run for vice president with five kids, it’s that a parent, when they have a family in need…” should get out of the public sphere and stay home.”
The message from the Obama campaign: If you are a mother with kids you should be home barefoot and in the kitchen.
