Towns Illegally Enforce Liquor Laws

74 New Jersey towns are illegally enforcing laws that make public intoxication a crime. The state law making this an offense was repealed in 1975. Prosecutor’s illegally infringing upon our rights and freedoms should concern everyone. We should all applaud this case and be wary of the manner in which the State conducts itself.
