These debates are a farce

Author:Rory B. Bellows

What a joke. These events are nothing more than a recitation of talking points that have been hammered home on the stump since March of 2007 when this nonsensical process began. You never hear anything new and the candidates don’t actually debate one another. You never get a clear winner or knock out punch because the candidates do not engage one another; they engage the moderator. Unless you lose complete control of your metal faculties and vomit all over your shoes on a question you have given the answer to at least 1500 times you can get out of these things okay and your side can make a reasonable case that you won.

If this is how we pick our President, it s no wonder people think the 21st century will be the Chinese Century.
